Exciting new, chic west coast restaurant:  Cin Cin by the Sea.  The creation of Larry & Michelle Rogers is creating quite a stir since opening just prior to high season.  The décor is very trendy.  The gorgeous bar/lounge overlooks the sea and is quite striking.  You can go early and enjoy drinks prior to dinner, or just enjoy hanging out in the lounge.  They offer some scrumptious "bar bites" to go along with their great cocktails.  The sommelier is Greg Gibson and the fantastic chef is Jeremy Decle.

Then you have options for dinner.  You can enjoy a great view along with air-conditioned comfort if you so choose, or sit at fantastic table on the balcony overlooking the sea.  Don't worry about rain - they have awnings to handle that if any should occur.  The menu is Larry's favorite - Mediterranean style cuisine with a Caribbean flair.  Open daily for dinner, and serving lunch too from Monday through Friday.

We were there for lunch, dinner and one day just stopped by for drinks (can you tell we enjoyed it).  At lunch for starters we sampled the cin cin pork buns, baked pasta roulade.  The we moved on to the mains of mahi mahi and seared bay scallops and finished with a delicious dessert.

At night we sampled the oxtail porcini risotto and roasted beet & carrot salad for starters.  For our mains we had the escalope of veal and the fish of the day.  For dessert we shared a bread and butter pudding.  Everything was incredible.  The drinks were fantastic too - I loved their Caiparhinia and my husband loved his Rum Punch.  The wine we had was delicious as well.

This restaurant is really giving The Cliff some competition.  Be sure to try this out - I'm sure it will become one of your favorites.
